U11s Emeralds vs Bury Lightning (A) - 13th Nov 2022

A good away win for the Emeralds this morning against Bury Lightning.

In a close first half, Emeralds went in at half time leading 2-1, following 2 goals from Annie. The first straight from a great free kick on the edge of the area.

They went from strength to strength in the second half, really growing in stature as a team and dominating the game. A goal from Anabel and a final goal from Darcie saw the game rounded off nicely and a great result all round for the girls.

POTM went to Lily, who was superb today. Controlling everything and pulling all the strings from midfield.
