U9s Sharks vs Elton & Walshaw Jaguars (A) - 25th Mar 2023

Milnrow Sharks 🦈 lost 5-0 at home to Elton and Walshaw Jaguars.

We started the game poorly and for the first 10minutes we were all at sea, shipping 4 goals with some poor marking/defensive positioning and giving ourselves an uphill battle.

We re-grouped for the second half and against the wind battled really well, we created a few chances and only conceded the 5th late on in the game.

Man of the Match today was Tyler who listened to the coaching advice from Wednesday and played up on the last man instead of dropping deeper, allowing us to press the ball higher up the pitch.
