U10s Sharks vs Bridge Hawks (H) - 19th Nov 2022

Match Report

U10s Sharks MOM this week was Jacob and Olly in 3-3 draw at home to Bridge Hawks.

A game we were lucky to draw. Sharks had a slow start and Bridge constantly attacked us hitting the crossbar twice before we took the lead through an own goal.

We went 2 goals up with a superb individual goal from Leo turning his man inside out and finishing in the bottom corner.

Bridge started the second half like the did the first only they managed to finish their chances. Sharks started to argue with each other and lost shape to easy making life easy for Bridge and we were soon 2-3 down.

With only a couple of minutes remaining, Oliver had a late strike which the keeper fumbled resilting in his own defender smashing the ball into his own net for the second own goal of the game and our equaliser.

Today we did not deserve anything from the game but we got it so some credit to the boys for that.
