U8s Eagles vs Shawside Juniors (A) - 4th Feb 2023

Cracking cup game from the U8 Eagles today in a 7-6 loss away to Shawside Juniors Inter... The same team we beat comfortably two weeks ago but looks like they have added a few players since.

The boys started with great energy and raced into a 3-0 lead and then just lost concentration for a while and went into last quarter 4-4.

 

A great game all round from both sides and a strong finish to the game. I thought the decisive goal was a great goal-line save but ref called it in, otherwise the game would  have gone to a penalty shootout.

 

Motm Ngufor for his work rate and 4 goals (3 absolute worldies) Goals also from Wali and Sheadun..So proud of the boys💪💪⚽️⚽️
