U9s Lions vs Chadderton - 4th Dec 2022

Great to see a much improved battling performance today with everybody getting involved.

 

It was great to see Amelia, Leighton &Adam getting much more involve, their confidence & ability starting to shine through playing only their 2/3rd games. 

 

Everybody stayed playing in their allotted positions .

 

After taking the lead we came close so many times but just couldn’t find our shooting boots in front of goal , Adil , Reo , Henry all coming close , Sonny had two awesome long range efforts that went just wide.

 

A few daft mistakes allowing chadderton to score . The best goal of the game coming at the end which we really deserved with a great passing break away move for Henry to put the final touch in .

 

We are not too worried about the score line at present whilst players settle in with us being a new team and happy to see them all get game time and enjoy the game .

 

MOM Leighton who I think everybody watching and him really enjoyed the game .👏👏👏👏  Reo and Henry with our goals.
